Delivery

The parcel with the order will be delivered to the post office specified when placing the order within 1-4 weeks from the date of dispatch. You can track the status of the parcel by the number that we send you in a letter and sms after the order has been submitted for delivery on the Russian Post website. There is a possibility of prepayment by Russian Post on the site.

As soon as your parcel reaches its destination, you will receive a notification from the nearest post office and you can pick up your order. Your package is stored at the post office for 15 days. Please note that upon receipt of the parcel at the post office, you additionally pay a postage fee, which is 2% of the amount, but not less than 50 rubles.

The recipient can open the parcel and check the completeness of the order only after payment. If discrepancies are found in the composition of the parcel, postal workers must draw up an Act of Discrepancies.
